We were amazed by the number of people who are interested in attending the first ENEAR summer school! It is obvious that there is a high demand for something like this…
We already reached the pre-set maximum number of 25 participants three hours after the first announcement. Luckily, we were able to extend the maximum number of participants to 40, but we have also reached that number by now. Unfortunately, extending the number of participants even further is impossible, so new registrants will be put on a waiting list.
If you want to be put on the waiting list, just fill out the registration form.
I think we are looking forward to a great event!
We are excited to announce that the first ENEAR Summer School will take place in Amsterdam in the first week of July 2015!
Faculty members will include Alexandra van den Abbeele (KU Leuven), Eddy Cardinaels (Tilburg University and KU Leuven), Anna Gold (VU University), Victor Maas (University of Amsterdam) and Kathryn Kadous (Emory University). If you have any questions, please contact Victor Maas: firstname.lastname@example.org.
ENEAR is the European Network for Experimental Accounting Research. We established ENEAR in December 2014 and we hope it will develop into a platform for accounting researchers in Europe (and beyond) who are interested in using experimental research methods. We specifically hope it will facilitate interaction of experimental researchers in different subfields (Auditing, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Tax etc.).
Currently ENEAR consists of this website and a LinkedIn group.
The first main activity will be ENEAR summer school that will run from July 1 till July 3 in Amsterdam. For more information about the summer school, click here.
